For events coming up this weekend check here. Since September is chock full of events, I’ve highlighted a few early so you can mark your calendar. Solomons Plein Air Festival from Sept. 12-17. September 14, from 6-8 features a “Sunset Quick Draw” where artists will have two hours to produce a work, followed by judging and sale of the pieces. On September 17-18, Annemarie Sculpture Garden & Art Center will be hosting its Annual Art fest. The annual Calvert County Watermen’s Festival will take place on Sept 18, in Solomons. And finally the Calvert County Fair is coming to town September 28 – October 2.
